Awesome customer service and all around great group of guys running this location. I had a airline issue on my tractor that d.o.t would of shut me down for if I would have been stopped for a level 1 inspection. And I needed to desperately get back home to K.C.and if I was at the shop to long.i would have ran out of hours. So they accomidated my repair in the matter of minutes. I broke down 1 mile from Peterbilt. Called to see if they had the part I needed, they did, then they wouldn’t even bring me the part ($320 part) told me to walk a mile to them to get it. This peterbilt doesn’t care about the owner operators out here. If I had any other options to buy the part from somewhere else I would of. Old guy behind the parts department needs to be put in a home.
After calling countless places (+/- 30), the service department had the answer we needed.
PACCAR MX upgrade for the tensinor on the prime drive belt.
Special order for an upgrade to the fan pulley.
Definitely will go again!!

Horrible service. Friends truck has been sitting there for 20 months and they havent even touched it. They were supposed to install a new cab on an existing frame in the body shop. Cash paying customer. Called to get status updates, and was constantly lied to. Then when confronted, they refused to start or complete the job, and told him to come get it. Casey is a p.o.s.
